Dolce’s seasonal spring menu showcases four new offerings including Bruschetta with Potato, Fontina, roasted wild mushroom, chive; Crispy Kale Salad with avocado, Carlsbad strawberries, baby greens, spiced walnuts, and balsamic vinaigrette; Beef Carpaccio with wild mushroom, heart of palm, white truffle oil, caper, parmigiano, and arugula; and a Filet Mignon with olive oil, gorgonzola dolce, mozzarella, oregano, and chili flakes.
